Driving sales by using multi-media with Calor

The challenge

Businesses are always keen to know how LPG has delivered an efficient and cost-effective solution to other organisations in their sector. As a result, Calor tasked Edson Evers to demonstrate this by producing customer case study videos.

Providing liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to some of the 350,000 business premises based off the mains gas grid, Calor’s offering to the commercial market needs to reach a wide range of audiences. From the hospitality industry and farming sector to care homes, housing developments and transport and logistic services, it is crucial that the messages for each audience are targeted and specific.

The solution

Edson Evers managed the planning, production and post-production process for Calor’s customer case study videos. This included briefing and interviewing the customer, travelling to the customer’s site, filming the video, and editing it to an agreed storyboard.

The team at Edson Evers then took this content and adapted it for every suitable PR and marketing channel.

The results

This resulted in not only an informative customer case study video, which was hosted on a targeted sector page on Calor’s website, but also a PR case study that was distributed to relevant media channels.

The sales team also benefited from a printed case study PDF for prospective customers, as well as an adapted iPad version and a blog post for the company’s website. This approach ensured Calor’s customer testimonials received maximum exposure, making the content work harder.
