Attracting high-value projects with Welsh Oak Frame

The challenge

Welsh Oak Frame is among the UK’s leading bespoke oak frame home designers and builders with more than 20 years experience in delivering projects across the UK.

Our main challenge was to maintain market position and share whilst attracting more high end projects.

The solution

Welsh Oak had a very specific audience in mind, so we focused on key self-build titles and a select number of high end home life style magazines.

The main focus was to produce case studies showcasing projects to prospective self builders, engaging the audience with interviews, imagery and video.

The second priority was to position Welsh Oak as experts in the field, focusing on thought leadership style articles and relevant Q&As.

We also developed an integrated digital strategy covering, social media and influencer engagement as well as developing an industry blog on the Welsh Oak Frame website.

The results

Over a 9 month period we achieved over 120 media insertions, featuring heavily in HB&R, Build It, Grand Designs as well as House Beautiful, Country Homes & Interiors & Period Living.

Significant growth was also achieved across the social channels, with the average monthly, engaged viewers increasing by over 100%.
