Saint-Gobain Abrasives, a leading manufacturer of abrasive solutions, covering cutting, grinding and finishing products, approached Edson Evers to help launch its new employee newsletter.

Following an employee survey to understand how to best engage with staff and deliver an internal newsletter that meets their needs, Reshaping Your World was launched. A bi-monthly update sent round to staff electronically, the newsletter covers: key company issues; the newest members of the Saint-Gobain Abrasives team; social and fundraising news; recent events and workshops; and how the brand’s attitudes and values are being illustrated on a day-to-day basis. Each instalment also features a fun puzzle for the teams to complete – whether it’s a word search or a ‘know your leadership’ competition, where employees had to guess which baby photo belonged to each member of the leadership team.

Every issue opens with a note from Adrian Hough, Country Manager at Saint-Gobain Abrasives, and ends with a highly visual summary of the brand’s KPIs and how the teams are tracking against these, too.
