Commercial offices are a key market for our client Gradus, which is a leader in contract interior solutions for the UK and other countries around the world. Having developed a new area of its website exclusively targeted at the challenges faced by architects, specifiers and contractors when creating modern working environments, Edson Evers was tasked with driving website visits and engagements with a PPC strategy.

Prior to PPC activity commencing, we undertook extensive planning to ensure the PPC strategy delivered results. This included keyword research, budget recommendations based on these results, and then created over 25 different ad variations, to test which ads delivered the greatest return on investment. We also provided Gradus with regular reports that tracked the whole customer journey; from the initial ad click, right through to the final outcome.

Throughout the three-month PPC campaign period, the ads were at the top of search engine results pages for more than 70% of the time, generating 252 ad clicks and a 26% uplift in website referrals from PPC ads. Furthermore, a 44% conversion rate was achieved, with conversions based on the duration of website sessions and on-site interactions.
